Modern Family star Sofia Vergara took to the Italian coast this weekend to celebrate her birthday and her recent Emmy nomination (Vergara, one of many Modern Family stars and contributors nominated, is up for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy).
The 38-year-old Colombian actress is taking a two-week relaxing holiday with boyfriend and businessman Nick Loeb, enjoying the shores if Ischia.
